The flat surfaces of the car had so many pits and etchings it could not be saved but I made it look a little better

Nice looking 50/50's on that front quarter! That thing looked hammered but love the color.

I had the exact same problem in a thread I posted yesterday. Did a metallic black BMW 328i and all horizontal panels had the similar problem.

I now realise its called pitting.

I've seen this on a Lexus before as well but it was single stage obsidian black
