So, recently I decided it was the day to start a mini detail on my 2007 Chevy Avalanche, late July in Florida
Maybe a bit too warm, in the shade it's:-
Usual Snow Foam
Power Wash off and a rinse:-
Washed with Meguiars Classic Gold, It's so hot that the soap dries almost immediately
So, gotta rinse off after washing each panel:-
Moved the truck into the garage to get away from the sun, put the wax on the roof outside and by the time i got to buffing it off the wax had dried so hard it took me an hour alone to do the roof :buffing:
All in 3 hours, should know better to do it at that time of year
=======
Finally got round to finishing off the waxing, defo not to be repeated in this weather:-
Even though the pictures don't show it, the paintwork is in a terrible state and i'm hoping to attend the September Autogeek school to understand the way to use the power tools for correction etc.
Thanks for looking :xyxthumbs:
