Whats up guys! I've been abit incognito for the past few weeks, being I'm super busy at my regular job and the details keep coming. I thought I would throw up a small review of S1.

I received this product about a month ago and couldn't wait to use it on something black! I've seen toto's results and I wanted to get some of my own. I got a prototype wool pad (green) for the flex orbital from a friend and I knew this was going to be my first choice. I was then going to use ultrafina with a blue LC CCS pad on the flex at speed 4 to clean up the rest.

The truck has about 20k on the clock and there are no befores. I used the above products plus MEGS Wheel Brightner, MEGS All Season, MEGS Hyper Dressing, AIM Sealant. Final Wipe with mystery QD :) I didn't have any keys to this one either!! Notice the mirrors folded in.

My take on System One... Well it took some getting used to, I ended using just like Tom does in the videos. I just slung it on the car, spread it evenly and took off on speed 6. I used moderate pressure and worked 2x2 areas all the way around the car. The finish after wool basically blew my mind! I wanted to go to foam and finish out with System One, but I've also been wanting to try UF SE.... So until next time :)

Looks great Eric! I love 3M UF on black. What dressing did you use on tires? Hyper w/ paint gun or All season?

Well this time it was too windy for the sprayer, but I did lay the hyper dressing on with a soft bristle brush with MEGS Hyper Full strength in a 32oz bottle. Your paint gun method still to this day saves me 30 minutes on a detail.

AIM=Auto, Industrial, Marine correct? They used to deliver to the Toyota dealer I worked for. I didn't know you could get the stuff from anywhere except off of a AIM truck.

Car looks great BTW. Nice job.

Trippers answer to AIM's meaning is correct.

I buy directly from AIM in Sugar Hill, GA. It's a great sealant that has DuPont Teflon additives. 30 minute cure time / Remove with MF. They don't have a web address, nor do they sell out of state from what I understand..... Bulk chemical manufacturing is what they specialize in.

That makes more sense lol. I worked at Cobb County Toyota. Thats the only way I know about them. I'll be back in town on the 20th. I may have to stop by and pick some of this stuff up.

Very nice looks great. I still can't decide on System One or some Megs 105.

I have a sample of M105 coming so hopefully I can see which is better too. Thanks for the comments guys!

Looks very good Eric. I'm still not sold on the System One.

It was hard for me to make the purchase but I'm trading half a bottle of it for a half a bottle of M105. So I'll let the two speak for themselves when I put them in action against each other. It's almost like lotion on the paint, it's water content is way up there!

There are so many good products on the market these days. It makes it much harder decide which one is the best. A good detailer can make a car look great with so many different products on the market.
