After detailing my mustang during Thanksgiving, a close friend of mine asked if I would detail his mustang, even offered to pay me! I'm more of a car enthusiast who likes to keep his ride in tip top shape. I give props to you guys who detail as a business, man it can be a lot of work. Of course, I totally understand its all in the prep work and being as clean as possible. So here goes:

I know it was probably overkill adding the PBL Sealant but what the heck, I like the idea of being able to layer over the top of PBL. I should have some updated shots next weekend as I'll be applying BF BlackICE :dblthumb2:

I'm learning how to be a photographer too lol!

Thank you sir!

Nice. Aren't working around those side stripes a pain?

Awesome job! My wife has the same color mustang, I used the exact combo as you, minus the black label coating. Great job!

Looks great! What size backing plate and pads did you use on your Flex?

Thanks! Actually wasn't that bad, taped it off so I didn't have to worry about...

4 3/8 with 5.5" lc hydros...after this job I'm moving to 5" lc hybrids, I have the 4" backing plate already. I find I have better control of the Flex when using smaller pads.

Thanks for the feedback. I have the 4" BP and some 5" LC Hybrid pads also but haven't tried them yet. Looking forward to giving it a try on my Flex.
