I haven't seen this car since 2010. It's taken weekly to the track style car wash. (Facepalm.)
Huge shoutout to Jesse From Autogeek Customer service..
Made sure my order was on my doorstep twodays prior for this and the AMG.
It has muliptle panels of damaged paint ,Scuffed ,scratched areas. I almost cried inside I saw all my work from 2010 Still trying to show through just begging for love.
I touched the paint after dawning my work attire and thought crap "how did it get this bad already?"
Felt like 1000 grit sand paper. I decided to hit it with two soaks off Mckees Foam concentrate. 2BW with the foam gun. Synthetic Sheepskin, Fallout/Rail dust decontamination, Pinnacle XMT Paint correction,2 step polish , XMT Glaze, Pinnacle Soveruan wax. Pinnacle Tire Gel. Lake county / CS pads.
Here she is getting soaked in Frothy, Suds of love from Autogeeks Mckee 37 Foam wash.
Foam gun application was very easy to utilize. Even saved some for wheel cleaning.
Wheels were BMW Black (BrakeDust )wheels so they got treated with Carpro IronX after Wheel cleaner.
After the wash the paint was inspected..the paint is dull as hell I thought.
"This is black ?!" Fackme.
So I decided to hit it with Pinacle XMT No 3. ( my father found a Autogeek XMT intermediate swirl remover kit at a garage sale!!!! Had No 1, No 2, no 3 , XMT GLAZE And three different pads! ©New in box!!!! Go dad! For 20.00 Bucks.!!!!!!!!!
DaD you rock! Also quickly and carefully removed the XMT logo from Autogeek's white boxing cover, it practically just pulled right off considering it's six years old glue, and then glued it to a white piece of paper for a frame in the Garage.
After XMT no 3 on this panel.
When I hit the other side ( The drivers side) The paint changed dramatically. SEE The difference ? I swear I was sweating at this point. How could the paint come out so different ? . So I did the logical thing and hit only that side again with brand new pads.
So better but still not matching the other side.
At this point were into no 2 Fine polish .
Done with No1 to the whole car.
Full paint correction at this point.

And then this bird flys overhead and its in the picture!

This customer is one of those who pays whatever you say. Car was a slogan "Marty Detail" "! About time I got to / do what I Wanted instead of what the customer wanted this is t h e detail I like to do. Spent 12 hours on the paint including washing twice
Last detail with present towels.
Time to replace all with new..I just ordered 50 towels to tryout. Lol.
Guess ill. Do . A few reviews if you guys dont mind.
