2008 Toyota Highlander

FYI, I am just a home gamer I have my deceased MIL's 2008 Highlander 23,000 miles not driven much been sitting potside maybe last 10 years under a car port.
Trying to clean it up but has these stains on the hood i can get out. Looking for any help/Ideas's other than maybe wet sanding it.
I have a Rupes Big foot and a G8. I have went over it with Kochchem F601 fine cut with a Blue medium cut Rupes pad.
I am a little concered about going to a heavy cut as I don't want to blow thru the CC.

I did a car recently with a windshield washer fluid stain that looks similar to this.
Fortunately my regular 1 step polish easily removed the stain.
The next step for you I suppose would be a compound ..... and perhaps more arm pressure
