Quick write up on my mom's Audi A3 TDI that I detailed and coated for her. We bought it new and it's never been detailed and currently sits at 120k miles. Had mild swirls and such and had turned yellow/brown a bit. She's been bugging me for a while to detail it for her and so I found a free weekend about 5 weeks ago and did it for her. I wasn't going for perfection but rather just clean it up and then coat it since she's not very good at keeping it clean and washed!
Cleaned up the car with a wash and sprayed down with Iron-X. Being a diesel it was quite the show!

Then wheels were treated to a cleaning which was definitely needed! The titanium package wheels do hide some of the brake dust appearance but at a point it's just gross.

I decided to use Menzerna FG400 on a Hyrbid white pad on my trusty Flex 3401! Here's a quick 50/50 shot

As you can see from this 50/50 shot, the before (left) is much more yellow/brown and the after side (right) is nice and white again! Sadly the hood and front fenders were pitted from her parking under trees and sap sitting on the paint for extended periods of time.

Car was then wiped down with Eraser and I decided to coat it with Blackfire Crystal Coat. I am very happy with the revived Ibis White paint!

She was very happy with it and I washed it a few days ago and it still looks like the day it was coated! Next job is coating the wheels which will happen next time I have an afternoon free.
Thanks for looking!
