You're right. The paint on the Camaro was about as swirled and scratched as any paint I've ever worked on.
I've seen the Camaro at a few shows since we did the extreme makeover and so far it looks like the owner is keeping it up. At some point however he's going to have to buy a polisher and some products to "really" maintain the paint.
