Not a paint correction, but just a clean up this weekend. The before and afters of the clean up are not dramatic, but what I wanted to showcase was the difference a certain AIO made to the finish.

This was done on a clear day in full sun with GG 6" and LC 6.5" white flat pad. Surprisingly after the wash, the clay didn't pick up that many contaminates - it's washed weekly/biweekly by the owner, so nothing gets a chance to settle, and the finish wasn't too hammered to begin with.

Being full sun, the product flashed quickly as expected so I kept the working area to 1' x 1' on the warmer panels. Moderate pressure and slow arm speed, speed 5 on polisher.

REMINDER: no serious paint correction was undertaken - this car is outside 24/7. Swirls, water spots, bug and sap defects exists, which will be taken care of at a later date. It's sat outside for 4 years without ever being waxed.

And Products used?

Really? yeah, i was surprised too. I picked up several at AZone on clearance and hadn't put it through it's paces except for door jambs, etc.. Not bad.

Topped with Reload for the time being until I can get it for correction.

I've seen that product line at AZ but never bought any of it and come to think of it, the last time I was there, didn't see any of it as I always walk down the detailing isle.

Nothing wrong with taking a chance on such a clearance item, you've shown is that and maybe you should do an entire VooDoo paint correction/protection thread, good work on that poor car!

Nice. Way to take advantage of the nice weather.

Thanks. I may do that. I picked up their polish as well. Like i mentioned, the challenger will be scheduled for a paint correction - looking to have it for an entire weekend to really detail it proper, inside and out, and take care of the paint correction. I may take the Voodoo polish for a spin. Most likely it'll receive the Cquartz treatment, but we'll see :xyxthumbs:
