The last time i waxed my truck was in the spring (March 1st)... I figured i better get a good coating of wax on the paint before winter hits...
On Friday we had some rain and i figured i'd take some pics to show how the DG 105/601 topped with collinite 845 was holding up after 6 months.
So on Saturday i washed the truck with dawn and hit it with DG 501/601 and waited 2 hours and applied DG 105/601... And waited 2 more hours then applied DG Aquawax...
I waited till this morning to apply a coating of Collinite 845...
All chrome parts and rims were coated with the same combo the paint got. The windows got 2 coats of Rain-x and Aquawax. The door jams also got the same coating the paint recieved... All coatings were applied and removed in the sun by hand using the Polishin' Pal, excluding the 845, which was applied in the shade.
