Over the last couple of days I've been getting my truck ready for summer. I've done the following so far:

Washed > Clayed (Mothers) > DG 501 Cleaner Polish (w/LC White Pads) > DG TPP #105

Cleaned the wheels & tires w/Eagle One A2Z tire & wheel cleaner (old version not the green stuff). I'm going to use DG 501 on them tomorrow.

This is only 3rd time I've used the Griot ROP and the first time using it w/the DG501. I liked the way it came out. The paint definitely looks better, maybe more rich looking than before.

Pictures aren't the best, clouds starting to roll in for a storm:

Right when I was finishing up, kinda tight space wise on one side in my garage, I dropped a light and it grazed the side of the truck. I could barely feel the scratch. I got out some Megs Ult Compound, SwirlX & DG105. Buffed with a microfiber applicator pad w/UC & SwirlX then applied some DG105. You can see the scratch but it's much better and I decided not to press my luck.

Thanks to Autogeek for a cool forum and all you helpul AG members! :xyxthumbs:

Looks real good! Sorry about the scratch, stuff happens.

DG products always seem to amaze me. They do what they claim, and are very affordable.

Great Job!

After the DG sealants hit it with some DG Aqua Wax and the gloos really amps up. Use the Aqua Wax every other wash after that.
Duragloss products really do perform well, are priced fairly. I am a convert for sure.

Looking good. That combo you used is awesome and I have been enjoying it a lot lately. Nice looking truck!

Duragloss makes some superb products. I've often listened to many here rave about them and recently ordered some and gave them a test drive.....

Thanks guys! I appreciate the kind words. I had fun but was glad to finish up. I have some Aquawax and forgot to put it on. I'm already thinking about my next job (wife's Light Silver Tahoe) and have been searching here for others experience. I have a 1 1/2 bottles of XMT 360 AIO from an AG BOGO and am trying to decide whether to use the LC Orange Pads I have or try one of the MF Cutting disks which I would have to purchase. The LC pads wouldn't cost more money but the MF pads sound like something I'd like to try..... Dunno if the MF Pads would work well on her Tahoe or not.

Bobby, truck looks good, as always when I see you post your work on the forum. And those tires are amazing.

:dblthumb2:looks good. i'm also a duragloss fan ,the xmt 360 aio i use also, you will like it it does a good job also

Thanks steve! I hit it w/Aquawax today, used the DG 501 on the rims which brightened them up some & DG 301 Vinyl Dressing on my Tonneau cover & trim.

I used the 501/601 combo, then topped with 105/601. AW the next day and with each wash. Seems to shed dirt really well. Car was pretty dirty today and a nice rain seemed to clean it pretty well. Good stuff...good prices
