2011 Expedition exterior rubber window molding

Howdy Y'all

Detailing a 11 Expedition & it has what looks like a cross between mold & sun burn on the exterior window molding, vehicle is going to sale so i am not too worried about the longevity of the fix . But I would like to hear what you all have done for this in the past.

I would take and clean the trimming with some APC(all purpose cleaner)
then apply a few coats of dressing with a five minute wait time in between each coat

After cleaning, try meguiars ultimate liquid wax. It's great on my window trim.
