Just completed, this customer saw some of my write ups and was interested in what I could do for his Porsche as it some cosmetic "Issues" and he wanted his new car to look well....."New".

With only 6k miles or so the car needed light correction mostly but some areas required a little more attention such as the front and rear bumpers and wing.

Car as it came in.......

Dried out trim and spots.

All gone......

Left side front bumper was hazy with some kind of overspray, would require some aggressive correction to fix the issue.

After compounding & polishing, reflection of the halogen lights have clarity and gloss now.

Right side of the bumper had the same issue.

Wing was marred up pretty good, so again some considerable time was spent to correct the scratches.

After initial compounding step.

Sand scratches on the wing, this was suprising as Porsche only has defects on the bumpers mostly.

Looks good! just a quick question though. how thick is the porsche clearcoat. i may be doing one this weekend. i have the PC and i know burnong the paint is harder to do with a DA but i saw that thread about the infiniti. just need to know if i need to be more mindful of things, moreso than normal

Excellence from the Porsche Master, Bob!

This one had many more sanding marks than typical! The car looks fantastic!!

With a PC you will be fine, however if you have a aggressive pad using Megs 105 at speed 6 yes you can cause a problem. Having a paint depth gage will help you from getting into trouble, without one though and you do paint correction you are tempting fate.

LSP on this car was Megs D301 fyi, also thanks for the kind words 1/2 of "Auto lavish.......lol.
