First I want to thank Zach Mcgovern for the opportunity to try CQ UK. I have been meaning to try it just haven't had the chance till now.

The CQ Uk arrived with perfect timing, I had a 2012 Black Honda Civic scheduled that the customer was asking about coatings.

Unfortunately it was a overcast rainy day when the car was dropped off. So no real before pictures. The car had the usual swirls and some light scratching on the door panels (looked like a dog jumped on the door). Overall the car was not in bad shape.

The Process was as follows:
Full decontamination wash using Cg Honeydew, and Iron-X. (2 Bucket wash)
Full Polish with the Flex 3401 LC Hydro-tech tangerine pads. And M205
(M101 and LC Cyan pad for some spot work and deeper scratches)
Car wiped down with car pro eraser. and coated with CQ UK.

The CQ Uk was user friendly. By the time I had a fender done I was comfortable with the process to apply and wipe off the high spots after it had flashed.

Overall I am very happy with the results! I regret not getting into the coatings sooner!

Hear are some pics I could get between the rain drops...

And of course the saying in New England is: If you don't like the weather wait 5 min. and it will change. Well it did and started raining again. I snapped off a few shots before putting the car back in the garage and dried it off.

Not really happy to hear that, my wife has a honda pilot with the black paint. I am waiting for a break in the rain so I can get it ready for the winter.

Nice work mate, thanks for sharing your procedure. I have a black civic (2013) schedule for CQUK, be sure I'll remind your results while working to get mine!

Kind Regards.

I will the car is a good friend so I see it often. He is coming back in 2 weeks for a maintenance wash. Going to teach him how to keep it looking good!

Did you use Reload during your application? I am still trying to find out if the Reload step is really necessary.

Not during the application. about a couple hours after the car was done I went over it with reload.
