Hey guys, this is my first post of any work I have done, not very good at doing write ups so please take it easy on me:)

my niece recently got a 2012 jeep Cherokee in black with a lot of metallic flake in it, the previous owner must haven had dogs because there was a lot of claw marks on the outside of the door panels right below the chrome molding along with a ton of swirls and scratches thru out the paint.

This is also my first black vehicle I have done and honestly the first real correction also, I used my rupes 15 with a griots boss MF pad with griots FCC and it did a great job. For the smaller areas I used my GG 6 converted to a 3" with the griots MF pad and FCC also.

The door pillars were hammered and turned out pretty good for me, I was able to finish the whole driver side except the front corner panel. Being my first real correction job and on black was definitely a lot of work but I enjoyed it and learned a lot.

Thanks for reading

Kyle

Very sorry, don't know why the pics are sideways.

Great work Kyle. :props:

Man, I can't believe this is your first post of work you have shown us. Looks really nice, I recently done a 2012 Grand Cherokee too . . . I'm not sure what that colour is called (black, sparkley black) but geeze it sure is nice when polished correctly. Great post Kyle, keep em coming mate.

Great work Kyle!!! That paint looks spectacular! Very glossy indeed.

Some great reflection shots. That metallic paint has some depth.

Thanks everyone for the positive feedback! I'm still learning but enjoying every step of the way.

Kyle

And thank you Mike for fixing my pics👍
