This client contacted me saying that the dealership had detailed his new to him cadillac and they screwed it up. We chatted for some time and I found out that he enjoys detailing and that he had coated his corvette in duragloss but did not have time to tackle the cadillac. When he showed up I could see what he was saying before he even parked. The vehicle had buffer trails all over it. I assume they were trying to level the extreme swirling in the paint. I think the first owner probably used a brillow pad to wash, the car was hammered. We agreed a 2 step compound/polish process with CquartzUK on top. I performed a full wash and decontamination of the vehicle. Followed by compounding and polishing multiple types of pads were used as well as compounds. Coated the vehicle and wheels in CquartzUK and coated the windshield in Carpro's Forte. All work was done at my shop The AutoSpa LLC in Norman Oklahoma.
