2017 Toyota Tacoma - A Miracle Detailing - Cquartz Professional

There was some type of funk all over the paint (hood, roof, etc.)
He stated to me "It was parked under a tree for a few years."
It had a look like oxidized paint, but I was not sure what it was.
After a deep wash/cleaning and decontamination, it was still there.
A light polishing and it cleared right up. Something was on the paint.

The paint color was unusual - It is called Quicksand.

After trying a few different pad/products combinations
A two-step process pad/compound/polishing worked great.
NOTE: Every paint is different - Always test first.

Correction:
Machine: Rupes 21 with a 5" backing plate.
Compounds: The Last Cut Compounding Glaze
Pads: RUPES Yellow Polishing Foam Pad - 5"

Polishing:
Machine: Rupes 15 with a 5" backing plate.
Compounds: Scholl Concepts S30+ Nano Compound
Pads: CarPro Gloss Pad - 5"

Cquartz Professional on paint and wheels
Scholl Concepts SLIME Tire Dressing on tires.
CQuartz Dlux Plastic & Wheel Coat on black trim.

You made a relatively dull color really pop. The non-metallic colors seem to be popular among the automakers these days. How well does that SLIME tire dressing hold up in the Florida rains?

Thank you! That is very kind.

I'm not sure. It did harden/dry overnight.
It has a bit more "shiny" than I like but, on these truck tires, it looked good.

Mike...Always love your work and comments and find them so helpful.

However...2 degrees in Minnesota right now; low of minus 7 degrees below zero overnight. :(
The instantaneous Weather Underground read-out on your A Miracle Detailing logo displays a balmy temperature of 75 degrees at present!!!

Would you please be so kind as to waive your magic wand and employ your Merlin-esque abilities to alter the weather here? :)

Thanks in advance! :)
