3/8 to 1/4 adaptor for Pressure Washer

Where can I get one?

My wand accepts a 3/8 quick disconnect, however the MTM foam lance is 1/4 quick disconnect

I ended up building one with a brass pipe reducer from Lowes. All the parts were less that $10. 3/8x1/4 reducer with the PW fittings on the ends. Works great....
