3" flex foam backing plate

I just purchased a flex pe-14 and want the 3" flex foam HD backing plate to use with 4" pads. Auto Geek shows this on back order. Who is the manufacturer?

This is the one I am referring to just in the smaller 3" size.

I think Optimum makes them
