303 Fabric Guard block UV?

Can someone please tell me if 303 Fabric Guard actually blocks UV rays?

On their website it only states that it "reduces fading" however there is nothing that directly states that it has UV protection.

I sent the distributor an email but never got a response that's why I'm asking here.

I need to stop some outdoor furniture fabric from fading in the sun.
