350 gsm mf towels to wipe off cquartz

Guys, is there any problem if i wipe cquartz uk with 350 gsm microfiber towels???

Looks nice ^^
As long it is brand new and check for any loose dirt before use.
I had use cheap 200gsm towel for coating removal with no issue and toss them after use.
