3M Door Edge Paint Protection Films

Any issues with this stuff and using a ceramic/quartz coating over it?

Friends car showed up for polish/coating this weekend (WG Uber Ceramic) just curious if anything special needs to be considered.

If this is anything like and Xpel or Suntek clear bra, there are no problems at all putting a cquartz based coating over it. I have a Suntek clear bra that I apply Carpro Cquartz to every 2 years and its held up great, both the coating and the clear bra. Only advice, may be little off topic, is that if there are any PlastiDipped areas, DO NOT put it on there because it will start "melting" away the PlastiDip.

Coat away, but as always, do a small test area first.
