Well, you knew it was just a matter of time...First you detail your car, then your friend's car, the lawn mower, then the washer & dryer, etc. I found 3M Pet Care Antibacterial Shampoo at Wal-Mart and had to take t for a spin. Here's the process on my 1997 Miniature Pinscher (Misty):

Here she is b4 not too bad, but a slight odor and not as shiny as I prefer

Here's the product, I highly recommend it:

Thanks for looking, and thanks to Misty for cooperating, LOL:thumb:

What, no LSP? You're going to need to reapply the wash after a week to keep the shine.
BTW - Great use of the foam gun!!!

she's afraid of the hair dryer, I dare not expose her to the leaf blower...I like my fingers where they are, LOL

that is to funny

THANKS! HAHA

Some minor scratches but no swirls. Nice work.

No scratches at all, hehe. she's flea free..LOL

very good post.

Thank you, she's always cracking me up the way she looks at me... like you 're a dumbass, hehe

I just did mine this evening. She gets the clay bar treatment next time.

thanks you! she was like... what do you think you're gonna do with that. like hurry up daddy, haha. She's such a good girl. We almost lost her to Cushing's Dieaese a couple yeats back...we're so grateful and blessed to still have her!

Is yours a single stage? Mine has clear coat! :D

Yeah, the dryer is wrong. She has her own Metro Air Force Commander - they were made for dogs before they were cool for cars and motorcycles.

She actually digs it and it blows like a MoFo!! :righton:

I lost my big girl Misty today to Pancreatic Cancer. RIP sweetie 1997-2010

I'm sorry to hear that man, she was a cutie in the detailing pictures. I pray she is playing in doggie heaven now. She's right up there with my black lab zorro i lost a year back, I hope you stay strong, dogs are a big part of the family and will always hold a place in our hearts.

I'm sorry to hear that. She's up there playing with my mom's toy poodle Misty, who we had to put down several years ago because she was deaf, mostly blind, and had arthritis so bad it made her cry. My mom loved that dog so much. I think she was about 17 when she died. I have a 12 year old coonhound/beagle mix named Roscoe. He's getting on in years. Had him since he was a puppy. Gotta love those animals! :dblthumb2:

This is Roscoe

Heres Jibbles in the process of my detail

Sorry to hear about your dog, man. She was a cutie. RIP

Sorry to hear about your little friend. Lots of good memories, I bet.

Sorry to hear about Misty. She's started a new thing on the detailing forums, How-To: Detail Your Dog. I think I want to go all out and detail my dog. Citrus Wash, 2bucket method with 3M soap, Clay bar, full correction with DA, seal my dog with Power Lock then top with some SwissVax.

I'm so sorry about your loss. I had a little dog, Holly, several years back that eventually lost her battle with liver desease. Now I've got a Springer Spaniel who's basically my third daughter - the only one I don't argue with.

Here's Abby
