4" Non-low-profile CCS and Hydro-tech pads possible?

WOuld it be possible to get 4" non-low-profile CCS and Hydro-tech pads from Lake Country? Use the backing and adhesive from the CCS pads on the back of the Hydro-tech pads and make the backing cover the entire back of the Hydro-tech pads as well?

What are the difficulties involved with getting some made in those specifications?
