5 Gallon Wash Bucket with Lid

Has anyone else experienced plastic cracks causing leaks from the Autogeek 5 Gallon Bucket? I have attached a photo of the problem. I contact Autogeek Customer Service through the contact form from their web site but I never received a response.

hmmm, can't say i have ever had a bucket leak like that before or at all...

Never had that issue either, all my buckets have been very durable.
