we have owned this car for the past 9 years. its a 74 nova with a 350 motor and trans. the vehicle was re painted once ny the original owner and garage stored after she passed away. we have owned the car for 8 years before it was given a decent detail. you guys are gonna laugh at me when i tell you what i used to do it...

exterior

1. megs clay kit
2. polished w/megs scratch-x with a foam pad attatched to a elec drill
3. megs gold class wax

interior

1.interior seats were scrubbed with tuff stuff vynal and carpet cleaner and topped with megs dressings

i know i know not anywhere near the right way to detail a car but im on the right path now.
sorry there arent any before pics.
 
She is looking good. I loved them old novas. Years ago a friend of mine had one, that car would fly.....She was red and he called her cherry picker...She had a 396 under the hood.
 
unfortuneately it dosent have the balls to match its looks. pops dosent want to do anything to it sence its pretty much all original. but when i get my hands on it watch out!
 
It looks good. I have a 1975 Nova, and its nowhere near that condition. Mine needs a total restoration.
 
Man that Nova looks nice. I think I side with your pop and keep it original. I really like the old school SS mags.

ya but man this thing needs more power. a good cam would really wake it up. dont get me wrong i like those cargar's too but some pro stars and mickey t's would be sick!
