I received my new toy, the Flex Da, today and just had to try it out on something. The victim was my fiance's Fusion. This is what we had to start with

It wasn't terrible but we do need a new snow brush since I believe she may have used the handle to scrape the snow off, jk. I was a little nervous and a lot excited to use the new machine so off we went. I did have to bust out a Cyan HT pad for some extra bite. Here's a few after the polishing.

I used another new product, GG Pre-Wax Cleaner, and I must say it's a keeper. I wasn't a believer in the post polishing wipe down until now. LSP was the new Prima HS, soo easy to work with and the shine and slickness are great. All in all, my new toys are all winners. Here's some after HS.

Motivated by by CEE DOG, I just fabricated a 3 7/8" back plate. My friend and I used his band saw and fence along with a jig we fabricated. The whole process took less than 1.5 hours and I still have the jig in case more are required.

Victim! hahahahaha. So you're a Marlboro man I see?

Tim, let's see if I have this right: you used the Optimum Hyper Polish then Grigot's Prewax Cleaner then Prima's Hydro Seal?

That Hydro Seal made me sit up and take notice, holy moley. I'm planning on trying my new bottle this coming week.

An idea for defunct hose. This is especially good if you have quick disconnects already on your existing hose system. Take short piece of hose and female connector and use it to water sheet dry your car.

This is somebody else's idea but I don't remember who to credit.

Yup, that's the plan of attack for the rest of this thing. The HS is so easy to apply it's great, and so slick. I got some streaking when applied on the hood the other day, but this was on top of some MaxWax so it was expected from Nick@Prima's post.

A little off topic but still good info. I have some extra hose laying around I have just been too lazy to make this up.
