A Few Things

i've had a 7336 since 01 or 02ish ( just never found the time to take on detail jobs). new open box for $65 and never really used it till about a year ago. i placed a order here for 106ff and loved what it did with a gray pad.

i stepped up to the 'free' 5.5 orange pad and the machine was uncontrolable not smooth and jumping all over teh place. from i read here teh 7336 is just a store version with a bigger counter weight. i'm also using a Proper auto care backing plate if that helps. so how do i fix this problem, before i place another order and dont order teh 'fix' ?Feed back please

alos i've seen some of the mods for the PC, can you post up some links. some of the slang you guys use makes it hard to search

I have never seen any difference with either counterweight. The orange pad is more abrasive and needs a bit of a steady hand. I personally dont use the included side handle, I just hold the machine in the front center.

I stopped using the side handle as well. Holding the head of the machine seems to work out much better for me. More comfortable.
