I couldn't really think of a better forum section than this one for this....

Unless I am missing it, Pinnacle XMT has been removed from the website.

While we know many of the XMT products will come back in the new McKee's 37 line in their same or new iterations, I think XMT deserves a moment of silence...

Cant wait to see how some of our favorite XMT products come back to life in the new brand.

Hat in hand and bowed head. I had many a good memory with XMT products. Still have some 180 wax left.

Well said gents.

I took advantage of the recent sales and have 15+ bottles of XMT polish/AOI on hand, 4-5 bottles of XMT180 spray wax, detail spray, clay bar and 180 paste wax. So XMT can live on in my garage at least through what is hopefully a busy detailing spring season.

Absolutely love(d) the XMT products. Looking forward to the new McKee products as
well.

Just a week ago I watched the video with Matt Steele, and Mike Phillips going through the line.

I liked the days of the PC 7424xp / Lake Country CCS /XMT.

Think summers of 09, and 10... I hadn't a care in the world. Those were my lurking days. The girl I was with back then... Oh man.. the freedom...

RIP XMT.

I'm bummed and disappointed about the name changes. I like the DP products and think it's a crazy move to rename. Not a good way to build a brand IMO.

I agree, it seems as a well developed line and brand as well reputation. Now, its going to be re started/re birthed in a unknown name for some.

I can see why consolidation would be beneficial though. Rather than 6 different brands, have just one building on its entirety. Take the best of every line and create one! Not to bad of an idea if that's the case!

What is the rumor? XMT and DP combining into one new name?

I'll miss the DP, never really used the XMT line. The AG house brands have been creeping to the ultra premium/premium price range and I hope the new line can compete with the Megs Detail line in both price and value.

I think that is the plan, to make the new McKees 37 line a value oriented brand. We will just have to wait and see.

My guess is the reason behind it is sales. Neither brand was probably selling that well, and the entire XMT line had definitely gone stale (with the exception of the spray wax and qd).

We will just have to wait and see....

Never was a huge fan of XMT. I put it in the same category as CG. Plus I thought the name was stooped :)
