A question about lamp and sun gun!

Hey guys,

I just came across the infratech lamp, suppose to mimmick the 3m sun gun but for half the price.

Right now, I have 2x 500w halogen spot, brinkman led, sunlight when it's here, some wall halogen light and my camera flash.

I always wanted to buy a 3m sun gun but the price turned me off.

Do you think those sun gun alternative actually works as good as the real deal?

I have the Infratech and got it for one major reason: Portability. I have all of the halogen stands like you do but got tired of tripping over the stands and the heat they put out. Plus, I dont like to haul them to client's homes. The infratech works really, really well. I also have the Brinkmann of course like everyone should. It is great for spot work. I use one halogen stand for overall lighting then use the Infratech up close and personal.
 
I've tried searching Google for "infratech lamp" and the only thing that comes up is in regard to heaters or curing lamps. Where did you guys come across these?
