Used Adam’s iron remover today. Was doing MB 2021 S560 and used it only on the wheels. Aspirated it with an IK multi and used it extremely sparingly. Didn’t notice anything different from the bottle I went through of Car Pro Iron-X except the price!lol
if I can always rely on it to be around the $40 a gallon price there will never be any reason to change unless I find something cheaper. Which I highly doubt.

It works fine but it is weaker than some other iron removers.

I’m going from a cost perspective 1st. I have no doubt there are many much stronger. Any you know of that are in the $40 a gallon that are stronger?

Cost per gallon means nothing if you have to use 1.5 - 2x more product to get the job done.

People need to look at actual cost per use not overall price.

Now if you feel you used the same amount then maybe the Adams is a better buy.

Dino Serum PrepTM appears to be concentrated and cheaper than many of the usual options.

So far, it's the "best smelling" iron remover I've used. Didn't seem as strong as the CarPro or Xpel.

If it works for ya, use it!

The Adams definitely tastes better than CarPro....

:D

I will use average of 8 oz of adams iron remover on a average size pickup or suv. I dont thinks thats much...?

When you can get Blackfire on a 40% off sale once or twice a year it’s definitely worth $50-60

I have found Meguiar's D1801 for about $55ish for the gallon

I was in no hurry yesterday, actually used APC/Super clean and a few brushes. Blew dry and used just quick shots of Adam's. repeated brushing while it was in the reaction phase. A couple more shots here and there for a total of 2 ounces most.
Now the car will obviously take quite a bit more but it's a new s560 black and I don't want to take any chances when I clay her.
Hopefully I like the results.
