Unless you understand a bit of chemistry and actually know what is in the liquids in question, mixing is not a good idea. Whilst unlikely to cause a dangerous reaction, anything is possible. More likely is that you end up with a clumpy mess or that you might end up making a lot of work for yourself when it does something unusual on your paint. Of course, having mixed two products you will have likely gone against the basic rules of chemicals and express recommendations of the manufacturers and would have no recourse if something unforseen occurred.
In principle, it can be done and that is what is done by many manufacturers. However, all it takes is for any one of the thousands of potential ingredients to be incompatible with one of the others and the results are compromised. Without a lot more information, it is little more than pot luck what you get out the far side.
