I was fortunate to have two other guys help me on this one, thank you Jimmy and JC.

I received a voice mail from this client regarding how disappointed he was with how his car looked in any kind of light conditions. He had told me there were hard water spots all through his car and he took it to the dealership to try and have them take it out. When the car arrived it was around 7am so we couldn't really make out the serious damage just yet after stripping the car from the prior LSP and a full clay bar treatment we pulled it in the shop to get a good look at what we were up against.

After 12 hours with 4 people on the car we knocked out a 100% correction, when the client picked up the car he couldn't believe the outcome as the dealership told him the buffer trails and hard water spots would never come out because it was a black car. Wow. Enjoy the photos and keep in mind the car was barely 3 months old.

Wow amazing work Tim!! The X6 looks gorgeous in those sun shots!

Also, great job with all of the pics documenting your progress as well! :props:

Great results. That black is dripping wet and glossy. Keep up the good work.
Any info/write-up on the '69/'70ish Mustang in the background?

Wow Tim you guys did a Fantanstic job!! Car looks gorgeous in the sun...

I bet the customer was happy..:dblthumb2:

Awesome, guys hit it out of the park. X6 sweet looking ride.

Very nice work! Looks like you had some great help too.

Beautiful work. The paint is very deep and glossy. What did you guys use for the LSP? Thanks for posting and sharing.

What a gorgeous car.

I hope he swings by the dealer and tells them that, apparently; you CAN get rid of water spots and buffer trails!

What a unique and aggressive looking car... I've always been a fan of those.

Nice work, Tim (and crew)!

Great work Tim!

I am a BMW fan for sure but the X6 is just not sitting right with all that wheel gap. I like the looks of the body but there is something with the wheels that detracts from the look of the X6.

Great work, not to be mean, but that dealer should be called Big Money Wasted imo. Car looked bad already and then for it to have water spots upon purchase? What soap was used here?
Im thinking between Honeydew snow foam and meguiars hyper wash

Great work. I'm gonna show my buddy what his car should look like...

Thank you for the compliments guys!

I could not have finished this one alone, but after all the hard work the finish was well worth it!

To answer a few questions. LSP of choice on this one was Menzerna Powerlock, Foam Soap used was a strong concentration of Dawn and HyperWash.

My thoughts were just the oposite...

I get tired of seeing cars that look great sitting against the tires, but it just isn't practical, let alone functional, in all cases. For once, I was glad to see some 'optimal' gap. Not too much, not too little. I really like the looks of it myself, and after such a transition in the paint it looks even better.

Nice work!!
