I'm sure you guys remember this shop where i did the last Turbo.
They called me back when this customer dropped off his newly acquired Turbo for some maintanance work and he also asked for a detail.
Since i just started dealing with this shop, they didn't quite explain it well to the customer that i need to speak with him/her directly to discuss exactly what they want done so i can quote them the exact price.
They gave him a price which was fine but i didn't know how extensive he wanted me to be.
Since he has other cars and i also will be doing more work for this place in the future i went ahead with the job, deciding to remove the majority of the swirls without doing a full correction.
When i was almost done, the owner did come by and i got a chance to discuss things with him so now he has a better understanding of how i like to oprerate.
I used a new line of products but since AG does not carry that particular brand i will refrain from mentioning it unless i get told it would be okay.
I used their swirl remover on a green/blue pad followd by their finishing polish on a grey pad.
I then topped it off with sigII.
I did not take after pics of the exact spots of the befores, mainly because i sometimes get distrected by either other customers who constantly come by the shop to drop off/pick up their cars and the phone ringing.
I went ahead and changed my voicemail message letting people know that i will get back to them within 24 hours so i can concentrate on the work at hand.

Nice work. 911 Turbo in automatic is a tragedy, though.

That's what i thought also and another customer came by and commented on it also.

Nice work, Juan

That shop seems like a great place for you to be associated with, lots of nice high end exotics :xyxthumbs:

Thanks guys, hey Shawn i have a customer with the red M3 i posted before(look in older posts) who moved to Houston.
I was supposed to find him someone in that area and i never got around to it. Let me call him to see if he still needs a detailer, i will let you know.

When i got into the car the first time i was searching with my left foot for a clutch pedal and couldn't find one.
I looked down to see where it was because i couldn't imagine the car not having one, until i looked at the shifter.....so sad.

Great :)

Just let me know and I will get in touch with him :buffing:

The last 911 Turbo I detailed was properly built with a 6-speed and factory short-throw and we got to talking about the neighbor across the street with a 997 Carrera S and immediately the jokes came from the owner of the Turbo about it being a PDK instead of a mans car, ha ha.

I don't mind making auto Porsches look good though :dblthumb2:

Soon to be detailed, it just came out of the paint shop, now needs to final assembly.

^^ WOW Looks sick and great job on the Porsche.
I love Porsche!!

Very well done! :)

An exotic on a matic transmission, too bad you can't get all the torque you want on specific gears. But that car is still awesome regardless of its transmission. :)

I agree, regardless of the tranny it is still an awesome car. The color is also one i have not seen before.
Sort of a combination of a green and brown tint to it.

Juan I saw you at RS today while I was at Complete Auto next to AWD since I detail for both of those shops. RS has a pretty nice big rig

Love reading your write ups. You work on some great cars and always do an awesome job.

Sully i did see you at the last second when i was taking off, i should have stopped to introduce myself.
As far as this car being "fixed", i won't even get into that because it would be senseless to get into childish back and forth and it would be deleted eventually anyway.
It IS a mystery to the tuner also, who closely inspected the car before it left his shop and did not see any of the "hack" work supposedly done by me.
Also the owner went back weeks later to have new wheels put on and still never complained to them about his dissatisfaction.
Regardless, i know what i'm capable of and i know what i have done and not done to this vehicle.
Somehow my bussiness keeps growing and i not only have repeat customers but most of my new work comes from referrals.
So either i am the Chris Angel of detailing by fooling everyone with illusions or i have the dumbest customers out there.

So the person before you left holograms on the car?
