No company is perfect, and no companies products are always perfect.
I had a few issues, minor ones at that. I am not a pro detailer, just a hobbiest, so a delay on a shipment is not critical to me for the most part.
Without getting into details, in regards to a delayed order, AG came through and made me happy.
And as far as backing up their products. I had a can of Diamondite Spray Clay that was at least 1/2 to 2/3 full. Its over a year old. I went to use it the other day and nothing came out. I shook vigorously, I could hear the ball inside the can moving about. Nothing but drops would come out. Either the propellant leaked out or the canister got clogged. None the less, with no questions asked, AG sent me a new can.
So yes, AG isnt perfect, but they do stand behind their products, and they do the best they can to satisfy their customers. I do all my detail supply shopping at AG. I have never felt the need to shop elsewhere, and that feeling continues today.
