AG Customer Service Order Help

I know people have covered this in their own threads, but I needed to put this out there as it's own thread.

Just recently (Last Wednesday) I placed an order with AG. It was supposed to be delivered today. It was damaged in transit to the UPS warehouse and was only 10 minutes from my work. Instead of calling to check with me first, they shipped it back to AG.

My problem with that was I NEED that order for this weekend. So I kindly emailed customer service and explained the situation, and also noted how I just placed a different order today. I asked if they could try and get both orders placed together and shipped today so I could receive the items by Friday.

I got an email less than 5 minutes later apologizing for the damaged package (even though it wasn't THEIR fault) and they told me both order will be sent out today and I will receive them by Friday no problem!!!!

I have heard great thing about AG Customer Service and I just want to say how quickly they changed my mood around with that great news!! And I seriously doubt it's because I'm a new customer, it seems they are this great all the time to everybody!! You truly can't beat it.

You won't find service like this anywhere else. Any problem no matter how small always gets fixed.
 
Thanks guys for sharing, we try out best here to do what we can. We really appreciate all the support you all have given us over the years, we try to treat every customer as special as we can!
