AG forgot my Free Sample....yet again.

This happens way too often IMO. Anyone else experience this?

Place an order including a free 2 oz sample of some product and it fails to show up. Why offer this option if the 'picker' doesn't do his/her job? I can only assume the purpose of AG giving out free samples is the customer tries the product, likes it, and then purchases that product in the future.

My last order included TWO items - a Flex backing plate and a 6-pk of LC pads - how hard is it to include the third item - the free sample?
