So I placed an order to get BOGOFree Cobra Junior MFs and I did not receive one of my towels, and I put in a customer service request to get this resolved. I placed an order yesterday and the customer rep emails me today and worked it out with me. I asked if I could have it placed in my order that is shipping out today, they took care of it and AGO ROCKS, again!
I also asked for an additional sample and they included it! Thanks again! lol
