alternative for eraser (please help me)

hi there

im about to buy cquartz and eraser

but the problem is when i contacted dhl (the company that will ship the items by air to me ) they told me its not legal to enter my country BH middle east because it contains alcohol

so is there any alternative and of course non aerosol and non alcohol product that can get the job done

i really want to coat my car with Cquartz

Any paint prep like the one from Griot's, will work. Or just doing a wash with a body shop safe shampoo or even dish soap should work as well. You can check with a paint/body shop also. What polish are you using? And can't you just buy some IPA and dilute it for a wipedown?
