i have been doing my car this way the last 1yr... + will i gain if i get a sealant and top off with Carnauba,
im going for a wet look + i dont drive it in the rain, and keep the car in-doors

I would just keep doing what you're doing. If the cars parked inside and never even driven in the rain, you really don't need a sealant for more protection and then a wax. You'll get great looks with just a wax. I don't think you would gain anything by adding a sealant.
