For my car I use an AIO followed by a pure sealant. I would like to know if there is way I can incorporate a glaze. Can it be applied between these two steps? Also, if a little hiding and filling is my goal, could that be achieved by topping the sealant with a wax?

Using a glaze between cleaner and sealant is the correct usage, you'll just need to make sure that the sealant and glaze products you choose play nicely together. Some sealants don't like bonding to paint that has a glaze present.

You can also wax over top a sealant, but, the glaze will do a good job of concealing minor imperfections already.

Well I'm not 100% on this because I almost never use glaze, But I think using the AIO, then glaze. The glaze would remove the AIO. But I don't think there is a down side to this because the AIO will do it's job(they work well as paint cleaners) then the glaze will remove it and "hide" some defect while brighting the paint work. Followed with a sealant, then a wax you should have an extremely shiny protected car! Good luck hope it helps
