Another Great Customer Serivce Experience at Autogeek

As some of you know i recently received my package from autogeek.Unfortunetly the Pinnacle leather conditioner cracked during transit.I wasnt worried but i made sure i sent Meghan a PM about it.Well i notice from being on the forum every morning that shes usually on and shortly after i logged on this morning i had a reply and she said it was getting handled.I came home from work at 6pm eastern standard time and i had a email from autogeek saying another bottle is on the way.So i wanted to thank Meghan for her help and autogeek for handling the situation so quickly.
THANKS AGAIN!
 
Hey, no problem thats what we are here for... I have to admit I am lucky to have a shipping department to fall on, once I gave them the info they were right on taking care of this! We have a great team, its not just me but everyone standing next to me. Glad you were well taken car of.
