Well, i'm looking into maybe getting the XDm in .40 or wait til the .45 comes out. Just wondering if anyone has an XDm model and how they like it?

XDm Is a fine weapon. My prefrence is the Smith & Wesson MP40c.
.40cal and very concealable. Never a FTF or FTL and over 1500 rounds thru it.

I have many different caliber handguns in my collection, but never got a traditional designed .45. Now that Sig offers them, I might.

I have XDM .40 and have shot about 1000 thru it no problem. Very light, accurate, and easy to handle. It does not have a traditional safety though, only a double trigger and a grip safety. Just something to look out for if you were interested.

I have one of the older XD45's...excellent pistol. Still no 1911, though (I'm old school on that).

When I was a Federal law enforcement officer I was issued a Smith & Weasel 4046 boat anchor. I never did much like it.

The XDm is a nice all around gun. I'm preferable to CZ's line of pistols though, for some reason I can shoot hole through hole with CZ's pistols, also I'm a fan of 1911's.

If you want it then get it...you won't regret it.

We offer the Flitz Gun & Knife Care Kit for all of you gun and knife owners out there. The Springfield XDm is a great hand gun. I like the new 3.8 model it has slightly shorter barrel but the handle is the same size as the XDm. I just traded in my Taurus 24/7 Pro .40 cal for a Glock 30SF .45 cal. I love the Glock 30SF it's awesome.

Yea im a Sig guy have a few my favorite sig is my p226 .357 sig but i want a polymer frame pistol and its either a glock or springfield but i don't really care for glock too much just my opinion. My buddy has a glock 22 and 27 in 9mm and a .40 but my hands dont fit too well around the handle. Plus the extras that come with Springfield's guns are great. I do not own a 45 but would like the xdm when it comes out in 45. Big Turkey do you have the sub compact 3.8 barrel or the standard 4.5 barrel?

I have the Springfield XD sub compact .40 cal great gun

And my baby :D 9mm PT92 Taurus. Stainless with 18 clip plus 1 black talon in chamber total 19 bullets coming your way LOL

I have the 9mm XD and it is a very nice weapon. Why are you considering 40 and 45 but not 9?

I have a Ruger 9mm no need for another 9mm plus im an enthusiast and i currently do not have a .45 The XDm .40 and 9mm are out now but the .45 XDm isnt do out for awhile. Just curious what the reviews of the SA Xdm are in the .40 and 9mm. I want a polymer frame gun and the .40 and .45 are bigger and more knock down power. The reason i like my .357 sig is that never has jammed (SIG)and shooting accuracy(SIG) is awesome plus the .357 155 grain cartridge (i use)is very hot round. My wife actual has an XD .40 Tactical its an awesome gun just wanted to know the hype behind the new XDM was.

no re[lacement for displacement! haha! I am with ya! If thats the case going to go get a desert eagle 50 in the morning lol

here are some links for anyone who wants to buy guns at the cheapest prices. all you got to do is get them delivered to your local gunshop. ruger got a new compact 9mm. it has a 10 round and 17 round clip. I got a ruger lcp, I dont care about bigger .40 and 45. guns because they are bigger and have more kick. I dont know anyone who wants shot with a 380 acp. I think a good weapon is this 9mm. if I got another one it would be a 9mm. however the 357 magnum it the ultimate of all the regular calibers when shooting people. the only thing is you only have 6 bullets.

I would take the desert eagle over the mag just my opinion but the technology today is amazing the .40's kick like 9mm do. I think sizes are basically preference but also yea the bigger they get more kick and knock down power but this is all subject for debate as is anything. That LCP is sweet how much did u pay for it? don't mind me asking?

290 but this is when they were sold out last year all the time. the desert eagle is a heavy gun to be carrying with you. I mean there is a thing called overkill, however my choice is the 9mm (hold more bullets than the 40 and 45) remember this.

9mm-17 round magazine
40- 12 round mag
45-10 round mag

witht the 9mm, you can shoot 17 times. the 40 12 and 45 10. I rather have the extra 5 rounds or so of the 9mm. you cant shoot 17 people with this other gun. if you are not a ganster or criminal or police man, no human being is going to take more than a few accurate shots of any 9mm or bigger round of hallowpoints.

thats just my opinion though. we could all carry the SW 460 or 500 mag but we might hurt ourselves more than the person we are shooting.

XD 9 with 1800 rounds and zero problems and a breeze to clean.

My concealed carry is a little stainless steel Kahr 9 mm. It is one of the few guns that has a grip small enough for my tiny hands.

My favorite gun though is my grandfathers original military 1911 that my uncle gave me and my husband as a wedding gift. I can't bring myself to shoot it though.

A couple of varmit shooters out of my collection. The AR is now scoped with a 6X-32X-50mm objective (mil dot) reticle. Had just finished putting it together and was still waiting for the scope to arrive when this pic was taken...
