Any reviews on the closeout MF towel?

I recieved my order of these:

and they are a very nice towel, especially for a BOGO :)
I ordered (2) BOGO's and am glad I did because there was a issue while back with the edges being hard because of the manufacturing process hot wire cutting them, when mine arrived the edges were not noticeably hard at all.Granted I'm using them for interior cleaning,so the edges were fine.

I bought 6 a month or so back. Just grabbed one and could not make it scratch a CD, including pressing my finger on the seam and rubbing.

The controversial 'hot wire cut' may have made some individual towels scratchy, but mine appear fine. Perfect for general purpose stuff, I may order more. But I don't use these for wiping off wax, applying LSP or other 'final' stuff, and I don't detail 6-figure cars where more caution is warranted.

Feed back please
I am one who had a issue with these. Not all edges where hard. It felt like a burnt plastic edge. I one stepped the car and rewashed it. I was applying some wax on the hood and quarters when I realized there were scratches on them. Then I felt the edge of the towel.

I also purchased them and FYI they are not soft at all.

Being a close out deal they're fine but I also ordered at the same time some Cobra Miracle Towel which are far more soft and plush then these. Its something you would probably use for the door sills/jams, hatch/trunk area jams/sills and interior plastic/windows.

I use 'em for windows and they work great! Combined with a good glass cleaner like Meguiar's glass cleaner concentrate I haven't had any problems with streaks. Don't think I would use 'em for paint, but I have about 2 dozen for windows.

Thank you for the reply and heads up.
