Anybody here using a Makita b06040?

I am having trouble finding much info on this buffer. I am trying to get an idea of the best pads to use with it, as it is my first real buffer. Any of you more experienced guys have any general info on this buffer specifically?

mmm...I wonder if the model of Makita I have is the new model? Can't say I know much about that particular model..did you try google?

Yes. I googled it. Lots of info, and the reviews I did find were excellent. I am trying to find opinions from actual detailers, though. I bought it because it can be switched from Random Orbit to circular buffer with the flip of a switch. As well as trusting the Makita name. Thanks.

I see they dont sell the Makita here, is that why no one wants to discuss it? Or is it just new and there arent many out there yet?
