I received my last order on 07/08/20 and when I opened it (Detailing Cart) one of the trays is busted. I took pictures and sent a email that night, waited till 07/10/20 and called in the afternoon and left a voice mail, then sent another email to customer service on 07/13/20 that night. I haven't heard anything. I had a early order that had an issues and they were quick to respond. I wonder if it's vacation time and that's why there are not responding?

I called and got thru. The lady said that she had just sent an email that morning and the were working on my problem and she said they were behind and apologize for it.

I received the replacement tray today, went to my garage and started putting it together, But guess what it broken too. Where a leg goes in. I brought this after seeing Mike use it in a video. Now I wonder about the quality of it.
