Anyone Else Have Problems With Their Scangrip Light?

I bought this 2 years ago and right out of the box the lens holder kept falling off. I sent it back and they said they will give me a new one that doesn't have that problem, nope, kept falling off.
Now it won't work at all. This is a new one, less then a year old and it doesn't work at all.
Real nice for $180 bucks!!!

We have not been carrying the SCANGRIP line for that long so you must have purchased it somewhere else.


I'd recommend going to where you purchased it to get a remedy instead of posting about it here on our forum.


I have all the SCANGRIP lights we show on our store page and have never had a single problem with any of them and never an issue like you describe.

Oh I thought you guys sold it and I forgot about the new rules about not talking about others products.
 
They sell it, but they just now started selling it. So they did not sell you that one. Not sure why you cant talk about an issue with an item that they do now carry though.
 
Well it's inferred (for me anyway) that this section is for customer comments from members here that purchased any given product here from AG and either have a positive or negative comment or an issue to resolve.

So I guess you can discuss a problem with a product looking for any insight not purchased here, but this sub forum wouldn't be the place and I wouldn't expect AG to offer to much other than maybe contact info for a rep from the manufacturer or something like that.
