So did winter prep on the wife's car last weekend. I recently (like last 3-4 months) exchanged my old GG3 for the newer G8 through Griots' exchange program.
I would use my old GG3 (which is really all I used it for cause lack of power lol) for applying sealants. I was thinking the G8 would do the same thing, but after using it for this purpose the first time....this damn thing is soooo heavy!
It has me kind of regretting trading in the old GG3 for credit.
It was excellent for this purpose.
With that said, does anyone have an old GG3 they want to sell me that they no longer use? :) I loved using it for applying sealants (Powerlock is my baby). Using the G8 was too cumbersome and heavy for this purpose.
