Hi. Has anyone tried products from Aerolon? Two products in particular I stumbled upon on this site and a Ferrari detail site, Tech Shine and their Hydrophilic wash sponge.

Just learning and appreciate you guys/gals straightening my curve.

Thanks.

Not sure who Billy Mays is, heard of Willie Mays.

Just wondering if this is crap or the real deal from anyone's experience. I'll just buy and try.

Thanks.

I should of hinted at what, IMO, that Billy Mays (R.I.P.)
once was: "Schuckster Deluxe"!

Also...IMO:
Before you buy and try:
Now would be the perfect time to find out if the marketing hype behind this Company's product---a car-wash sponge---being hydrophilic...is a load of crap, or not

Why did I read this and think: Billy Mays?

Looks to me like he is trying and twice you have thrown him a mindless stumbling block. Great way to help others.

I read him just fine, I can find many o' sponge that loves water. If that's your main selling point, hop in line behind about 50 other brands.

They don't seem to infer that thier sponge is an integral part of the process. They say a wet MF is fine.
I wouldn't obsess over an adjective before the word "sponge" as if it were an indicator of their sealant's performance.

So...
If I were to actually be wrong about my approach to helping others...
How does your above feable attempt at a blatant, belittling
comment---evidently aimed towards me:
Help me...Or the OP...in any manner whatsoever?

In case you can't read through the banter musclecar. They are basically saying we have never tried it and don't believe their hype at all.

I've been using Zaino for several years and saw the Aerolon ad on Bring A Trailer, watched the videos and decided to give it a try. Very interesting product, when dry the car had a very deep shine and that smooth feel of a detail spray. Last wash was six days ago, I'll see how things are after the next wash without Aerolon to see how well the product lasts. So far I like it a lot.
