was looking to add in a liquid wax and # 26 does not seem to get any love.

This has been my LSP wax on the last 2 cars I paint corrected and I love it. I think the looks are very good and feel the wax is over looked and underestimated. Ive never had a problem with removal either.

Have you ever used the paste version of Meguiar's #26?

-The only differences between M26-paste wax and M26-liquid wax
are really just ones of convenience and personal preference.
(Some folks contend liquids are easier and faster to apply.)

-Meguiar's states, unequivocally, that their liquid formulations
provide the same protection as their paste formulations.

-I use, and really like, both M26 versions.

I have used m26 in both liquid and paste for many years with no application or removal issues. Have never had a problem with durability either. I think it's a great wax and looks great on black paint.

I use Meg's gold class liquid, pretty much the same product? It's probably overlooked because the label isn't flashy and the brand that makes it can be found OTC. OTC products seem to be looked down on a little on this site.

I had intended to buy this and Meg's 21 synthetic liquid but I have too much wax and I just received a 32oz poor boys sealant/ wax as part of my free gift from AG.

I don't think so personally. I haven't used GC or #26 for a few years now, but I'd say #26 is closer to #20 Polymer Sealant, if anything.

IMO, #26 looks better, smells better, lasts longer and applies & removes easier than GC. It's cheaper too IIRC. The only advantage I'd give to GC is a bit more reflections, maybe.

I use the 26 liquid and love it, I use it once a month from april to october, it's my go to wax. doesn't last more than 30 days but it is super easy to apply and remove and my silver Camaro looks great after applying!

I purchases a gallon of Meg Detailers's liquid wax by mistake... I don't intend to use liquid wax in my détails so I have not tried it. Maybe I should offer to trade some of it for something else in the trade thread. All I can say is that so far I like all the Meguiar's product. So if this one is not liked, maybe people are using it wrong? Seems like Meguiar's put a lot of effort into perfecting the products before they release them. Any company can have a turkey, but from Meguiar's that would really surprise me. But it might not be the best out there, that I could accept no problem ;)

Also my go to wax, i use the liquid version and never had an issue regarding application and removal. Durability is a bit questionable though and i dont think its anywhere near that of #20 Polymer Sealant.

26 is my go to for just a wax. I put it over fuzion on my SRT and looked fan freakin tastic. I have not had issues removing the product, goes on easy as well.

For the money it's hard to beat, although there are better waxes out there no question. The great upsell about it to me is I can get it locally and you can too probably. Durability is pretty poor but it gives a decent look after application.

^This X2.
I have used this wax for many years, and although BFMS is my go-to wax nowdays, I will use liquid #26 every now and again. I find that it also gives the paint a great feel to it when gliding your hand across it, a buttery-smooth feel. I have yet to find another wax or sealant that comes close to replicating it, as most feel hard and slick.
